He ordered a Swarovski bracelet from us and obviously broke it trying to remove the looped Swarovski label which was attached to the bracelet. The pictures he sent us of the damage showed a bracelet where considerble force had be used on it, resulting in the links being badly bent and the bracelet snapping in several parts, even the Swarovski label itself had been ripped. Oddly, the packaging the bracelet arrived in was completely undamaged, meaning the damage happened after the bracelet had been removed from the packaging.
