Buyer made an offer on an ebay listing which was accepted an hour later. After a week without payment I sent an invoice and a friendly message reminding them that they have to pay in order to receive the item. No response. After another week ebay automatically refunded the listing fee to me and this buyer received a no-pay strike. Big waste of my time. Avoid this person! (I can't call them a buyer if they don't even pay!!)
