A unpaid item case was opened by the buyer 2 weeks after purchase, the listing stated that delivery will take "about" 3 weeks (from Israel to the States), after lots of pressure by the buyer I sent out a refund, only to see the item has been delivered a few days later. The item was shipped registered airmail from Israel with full tracking, buyer got the merchandise and the money back, I was left with the bill.
