Details: | Provided an incorrect address upon checkout (it was missing the address number) so the package was deemed undeliverable and returned to sender. He opened up an item not received case, to which I replied saying it's on its way back. USPS severely delayed the return package, and even though tracking clearly stated the package was still in transit back to me, he escalated the case to eBay and forced me to refund. Also left a negative feedback even though HE was the one who gave an incorrect address to begin with and it's not possible for me to even resend an item if I hadn't gotten it back yet! |
