| Details: | Buyer was difficult from the start. Initially claimed item did not arrive although tracking showed it did. Later opened INAD case and sent back a box of broken toys instead of the Star Wars toy I sent. Complete fraud, not a misunderstanding. I have reported to the USPS. |

Doesnt matter, you should always insure packages that are of x amount of value and up. You can sit there and complain that the buyer has to have insurance, but its the sender's responsibility. You have to prove you were the one that sent the item broken or it was the shipper. If it was the shipper, then the shipper is going to say your the one who is SOL because you didnt insure or under rinsure it. In that case you pass the expense onto the buyer as part of shipping costs.
