I wish I'd seen this before I fulfilled an order for $375. It was delivered, there was a signature required, he opened the box from the bottom, took out the DVDs, then put A BAG OF SAND it the box - taped it back up - wrote 'REFUSED!' and "RETURN TO SENDER!" on the box and I got back a box full of sand. Yes, a box full of sand. He used a Visa with the last four 1804. Same address as above. Used the name Steven M. Hane. POS.

Can I recommend that you file a police report. He did the same thing to me to the tune of $900. Boxes filled with sand as well. Would be helpful to have multiple police reports on him as well as filing claims with the postal inspector if you shipped with the post office

This POS called up to return 6 items on a different internet retailer and all of them are refused and return to sender, I dont know what happened to the other 5 items but he got one hick up on the 6th item, the seller would not refund him until the items are returned to them and this POS keeps calling customer service to abuse people into refunding him without actually giving the items back
