His company is basically a drop-ship company, in which he lists a product on NewEgg or Walmart for a higher price, then buys directly from another website at a lower price, and ships it to the customer.

On his Walmart website, I found the exact same item I have been selling, except in a different color. After his customers buys his listings, he then buys them from me, and then I unknowingly ship them to his customer. I have received a lot of returns directly from this guy. I believe it's because he listed it in a different color. Of course, then he files the returns to me, saying my products are "defective", when in fact I know they're not. So, now I'm stuck with a bunch of used items (which work perfectly fine without any issues), that can no longer be sold as new, costing me sales. At the same time, my name is on the shipping receipts, invoice, etc that is sent to the customer, so they might believe I was the one who sold them the deceptive item, damaging my reputation.
