This is a seller complaint against the buyer. Buyer placed an order on Dec 7, 2012. Three attempts to deliver via USPS and order was returned. Buyer demanded that I either resend or refund. A refund was made to the buyer via PAYPAL and details of the transaction was sent to the buyer. This is done on or about 15 February 2013. 14th March 2013, buyer attempted to make a claim on the original PAYPAL payment for non receipt, attempting to claim a refund on top of the refund that was already made in February 2013.
