The buyer open claim on PayPal because we did not answer him 2 hours after is mail.
Previously we informed the buyer that he have 3 missing articles and it was agree but when he receive his order he open claim on PayPal and asking 3x times more price that the value of the articles.
Be aware of this buyer with pretty bad comportement
