I blocked this buyer after he made me an offer because he has left an astounding amount of negative feedback. The buyer created two new accounts and purchased the item twice. I cancelled both transactions with the help of eBay. The buyer then harassed me via eBay and my PayPal email address to the point where eBay had to block his IP address and I had to contact local police as well as the FBI. The buyer sent me personal information about my family members in a veiled threat (where he got the info, I don't know) and I believe he harassed me on Facebook. It is a month after this happened and he is still finding ways to harass me.
