The fact that the pages upon pages of BS you placed were removed as we had stated. Now you want to continue your BS. This theif is continuing his fraud with trying to make people believe he was the so called innocient victim. The information below is the exact truth !

The fact of the matter is this person filed a fraudulent dispute immediately after he received shipment notification and the tracking information. He filed a fraudulent dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise immediately after receiving this notification, company replied numeorus times to the dispute and this buyer never bothered to reply, when confronted about this, he immediately changed his whole story and started coming up with even more BS reasons. Later we find out that he has nothing to do on Christmas Eve, calls up another company Comcast and is not even a subscriber and files another complaint with the FTC because he didnt like their customer service. His whole complaint was over displaying his address online when the complaint he filed with FTC has the same information displayed publically. When he was confronted again with that his reply was "oh i know the risks with displaying my information online". The fact is you went to a 3rd party website and inputed your information voluntarily. This buyer filed a fraudulent dispute claiming non receipt of mercahndise immediatley after he knew the item was shipped and received tracking information. Thats the part of these so called documents he's not bothering to show you. Nor the numerous replies on the dispute in which he didnt bother to reply back to. This buyer is simply trying to bash a company and hide the fact that he tried to commit mail order fraud.

It's clear you have an elementary legal education. That having been said, I doubt your ability to properly execute service of a lawsuit, let alone prevail in one.

If wire fraud charges are brought against you, that will be the state bringing the charges, not Emilio. You won't be able to subpoena anything other than the evidence the state is going to present at your criminal case. Even if you did end up in a civil suit, one of the primary functions of a judge is to stop people from using the discovery process for fishing expeditions. You'll get warned once, and found in contempt the second time.
