This buyer brought from us and complaint that the size of costume is too small (but we have sent according to his request) and requested the bigger size.

We agreed that we send the requsted very bigger size ,buyer return the so called smaller size.

The replacement of very bigger size is sent , but refuse to send back with the excuse that he have not time or said that the shipping cost is to high, and ask for bigger money on returned shipping cost than the normal cost. We ask for sending back with Royal Mail, but find excuse that the parcel is too big, it is funny, it is a small bag can fix all. can you image how big for a costume ?

When the bigger replacement is reached, this buy lies that it is smaller again, and esclate the case !! We swear that we send it the biggest we can made.
