Buyer purchased multiple items and requested to cancel after the order had been dispatched. Rather than requesting a return when the items arrived, buyer lodged a chargeback with his card company and retained the goods. Despite having been told we would no longer fill his orders, he attempted to repeat this with orders amounting to over £800.
