| Details: | Buyer buy's item. Claims "item not as described" the day before item was to be delivered. Buyer (though he hadn't even received the item yet) immediately escalates claim through ebay, sends item back and supplies ebay with Tracking number. Ebay automatically issues FULL REFUND when Tracking number shows item has been returned. The box that this scumbag sent was EMPTY!!! Ebay say's "item showed returned, and there was nothing they could do about it". So if you deal with this scammer, be prepared to be RIPPED OFF!!! |

Yeah, this fucker got me too! He bought $400.00 worth of Surf gear from me, opened a Resolution Case stating "Item not as described". EBay's bullshit return policy automatically refunded ALL $400.00 DIRECTLY FROM MY PAYPAL ACCNT. He also sent me back an EMPTY BOX!!! FUCKIN' SCUMBAG!!!

You need to file a police report in this asshole's home state. Put the debt to a collection agency and have proof of debt owed. This will at least appear on the ahole's credit report. you could go as far as hire an attorney to put a lean against his property. But you should limit how much you sell (value wise) online to some total stranger when you know what could happen when you use eBay and PayPal, you as the seller will get screwed over by those 2 companies. People wouldnt be doing what they do, if PayPal and Ebay actually did something about it.
