Order was delivered on Dec 19, 2021. Buyer initiated the return on Jan 25, 2022 but dropped off the package on Feb 19, 2022 ,way over the Jan 31 holiday return deadline. We asked the buyer if he wanted the item back as we are unable to accept the return. Yet, the buyer refused and became unreasonable. Left us a negative feedback and filed an a-to-z claim to get money back. Please avoid
