He did the same to me today 11/19/2021- Apparently now his sister is ill and he wants the item sent to another state. I wonder why eBay can't block these scammers.

They have a new username. Its kess3810. Same tactic and used the name GIGA IANVARASHVILI for the shipping address.

I got this today. New username is biwill_4145 and he messaged me "Hello, don’t send item on my old address please. I moved another city and I’m sending you new coordinates where I wan to get it. Thank" with a screenshot of that Delaware address and name. How has he been doing this scam from the same address for 3 years??

Just pulled this with me, same person messaged about the item from two different accounts. If they give out their address you’d think eBay would prosecute them

watch out for this person using the username gennil_27 , same thing happened to me but it was so obviously a scam I immediately reported them
