User buys XP upgrade disc. Then says I sent wrong one. I confirm this is the one he bid on. Then told me it does not work because there were resurfacing scratches on it. There were no scratches or resurfacing when it was sent. He owns a video store. He resurfaced it and his machine did it so he could get his money back. He also was a deadbeat by swearing at me in ebay messages. Beware do not sell to him and blacklist him if you sell DVDs, Games or computer software. He will see one scratch and that will be the end of it.
