This person bought a video game off me.
He did not have a verified PayPal account,and a confirmed mailing address which the listing required.
Hence I refunded him.

He went mad and *forced* me to ship the item and feedback threaten me.
Saying he will pay for it and remove the neg feedback AFTER he received it.

I have reported this to PayPal, and his local police.

WTF ?
