Its a classic scam. The person who stole the credit card is in Hong Kong and giving you a bullshit story. Once they report the item as non receipt of fraud, you have to prove the item was shipped to the confirmed and verified address of the credit card. Shipping oveseas nothing is verified, except england and canada. So you have to insure everything and make the buyer pay for whatever the shipping costs are w/ the insurance, its not worth it due to the fraud and the lack of ability for freight companies esp. the usps to track items.
