Buyer opened a chargeback before contacting us, the package has arrived four days after the chargeback claim. She promised that she would make sure to cancel the dispute, but she didn't. It's a 70USD dollars item. We contacted her several times and ask her to pay back the money, she didn't reply afterwards.
