Having to deal with another stupid dumb ass in his 70s. Sellers just get rid of this moron immediately. First this asshole likes to make up his own policies and immediately blame you for everything. So this asshole files a fraud dispute after legally agreeing to policies only to make up his own as he goes along. Then you get a fraud dispute from this idiot for non receipt when this asshole knows the company is well within its shipment rights. Here's the total fucking stupidity coming for this idiot. So this asshole moron replies back to the letter, first making up his own shipment time of 2 weeks, when it was clearly and legally documented that the terms stating the shipment time frame were clearly read and agreed by this idiot. Then he starts to put the entire blame on you saying why you cant delivery the item the second he wants it. Makes threats contacting his own police department ETC.

Well asshole (1) thanks for the letter openly admitting you committed fraud (2) make sure when you call the police you tell them that you legally agreed to the shipment time frame prior to any payment or checkout being received. (3) supply documented evidence you received the item outside the clearly stated time frame that you legally agreed to , not your 14 day bullshit claim (4) the fact that you refused to pay for the damages you caused (5) everything you purposely did to violate just about every single policy and (6) the fact that your in possession of stolen merchandise by falsifying a dispute. IF you cant be prepared for additional charges brought against you for falsifying a police report, lying to a public official, def. of character, possession of stolen merchandise and bank fraud!

And there's a disclaimer that says, you dont agree to these policies go someplace else. Learn to read jackass!
