The buyer purchased a computer on eBay. 17 days after delivery the buyer said that he is having problems with the computer. Of course, I provided a prepaid return shipping label and accepted the return without any questions. Upon return I noticed that the laptop was dropped on its corner. The broken part was in the box. The customer essentially lied about the return knowing well enough that there's pretty much nothing I can do about this.
