This buyer bought the bracelet on November 26, 2012. I sent it to him on Nov. 27, 2012 via USPS. The buyer left feedback on January 1, 2013. It says "lovely rare item". It is obvious that the buyer had the bracelet in their hand while leaving me feedback.
Now buyer filed a chargeback and
asked the credit card issuer to reverse a payment made to you on Nov 26, 2012.

The buyer claims that this purchase was made without authorization to use the credit card!!!!
I tried to contact the buyer 8 times via email and twice via eBay and even via facebook! I have not received a response, which to me means that they don't want to resolve this problem and are trying to scam me.
