Listing a surface pro for sale, this buyer send a reasonable "best offer" that was accepted. From that point buyer never paid. Unpaid case opened and closed 4 days later against buyer still without payment. Buyer has an unpaid record on his/her account now and is blocked for me as well. I suspect this buyer account was probably made from a seller who wanted to remove me from the "competition" on eBay because he/she was selling a similar item. Unfortunately for him/her, this never works for me because I always re-list right away the item when I suspect this to happen, even while the case unpaid case was still open.
