As someone who works in the service industry. I subscribe to this site's Newsletter and I literally laughed for 30 minutes when I saw this guy get reported. I call it "karma".

Here's my story: He once contacted me few month ago with a product question. I explained it.he thanks me, and said he had figured it out and therefore didn't need more help from me. I politely told him I was glad to hear he'd figured it out and wished him well. It was a perfectly normal conversation. But I ended up receiving a bad r3view from him, stating that I refused to provide him with service and that I had a terrible attitude. When I see his comment, I literally almost throw up. As a result of his bad r3view, it seriously affected my job rating and income. As a single mom, I have two children to raise and I need to pay my rent. Employers often do not verify the validity of bad r3views and defend our right. The people like this guy just give employers an excuse to deduct our salary. When you have an ulterior motive to ruin someone's life and income, you don't deserve respect and any service. Sooner or later, karma will come to you.
