Details: | Buyer placed order for jacket and I shipped, item was received on 7/22. They messaged to tell me it was wrong color. I don't sell many of these jackets so I knew exactly what had been sent as the last one I sold was several months earlier. Plus the jacket was pink (I noticed it matched the name "Pinky" when I got the order) and I know I sent off the pink jacket. Then the claimed they had returned it. They have sent me over 30 emails asking for the refund but I still haven't gotten anything back from them. They opened a return request with Amazon but didn't use the label. They keep claiming the label that I used to send it to them was used to send it back to me. UPS will not re-use a label, and plus with tracking you can see that it didn't go anywhere else after they got it. They left me bad FB (which I replied to publicly) and opened 2 A2Z claims, which Amazon keeps ignoring since there is obvious proof they never sent it back. I just keep hitting "no reply needed" and also keep reporting to Amazon, if they will ever do anything about it. |
