Committed return fraud. Sent a new watch, complained that the bezel was loose. I know from handling it and thorough testing that it was not loose beforehand. I kindly offered a partial refund even though I do not accept returns as clearly stated on my listing. Buyer wanted the refund and sent me a different watch with a different serial number. Told him I could not accept the return as it is not the same watch. He opened an eBay case against me and won. I reported the buyer to USPS for mail fraud as well as a report from San Antonio police.
