Sold an item on EBAY. 10 days later get an email from buyer and all it said was "item not received". I responded to email and asked them if the mailing address 7 Lewis Circle Ste 845006 was correct. The next day I got another email that said "wheres my stuff?" I again returned email and again questioned address. The same day I got a message from EBAY that buyer had opened a request since they said they didn't receive item. The buyer never responded to my request for correctness of address. Feeling uneasy about the situation I decided to google address and saw that it has been a scam address for quite some time. They use different suite numbers but if you pull up ZILLOW it shows it as a single residence. I called EBAY and reported and they said I did not need to take any further action as they would take care of it. I even responded to another of buyer's email and told them the address was a scam. They responded, "all parcels come to this address without any problems nothing from you and you don't answer my letters wheres my stuff". After a week EBAY refunds them the money and they leave my negative feedback (1st one ever and I have over 12,000 transactions). I again called EBAY and didn't get any satisfaction from the persons I talked to. I asked to talk to supervisor and was put on hold 3 - 4 times and told they couldn't find supervisor and they said they would call me in 24 - 48 hours. I asked him where he was located and he said the Philipines. I won't hold my breath waiting on call back. If you pull up the EBAY user name margo622497 you will see they are in Russia.

First off the address itself looks like a forwarding company to something overseas. Its a classic scam, they will open a dispute or chargeback once the item hits the location and gets shipped out. You can count on it was paid with a stolen credit card. Contact ebay directly and tell them about this person's scam and show them the address he wants it shipped to and the scams that happen. You wont be obligated to complete that transaction and you can continue on with what your doing.

Never ship to a freight forwarder. It's an end run around your international shipping policies. I don't ship to countries with underdeveloped postal systems... and neither does eBay, which is why their nations aren't covered by GSP. Go work on bringing your country up to 21st century standards, and maybe people will be willing to do business with you. But, until then, don't try to use a freight forwarders. We know them all, we'll cancel them all.
