This buyer bought a video game from me, he is in UK, seller is in HK.
Once it arrives 8 working days later ( normal delivery time ), he claimed item is not in UK packaging and not runs on his console, therefore he will not open it and ask for a refund.

Actually on the listing picture was already shown it is a Asian packaging, and also written region free ( Microsoft made 75% of its games region free on all versions over the world )
Listing also written AS version and compatibility is both NTSC & PAL, region free.

Once I told these on email , he said he will " try it tonight ". Once after he tested it and found out his fault, he just got embarrassed, not reply emails and gave a neg FB saying " not my country's packaging ".

To be fair is it not listing written, or he was not reading listing? Internet is global, while Microsoft also publish its products globally. He thought only his country's people play video games and use internet?
Why does he thought Microsoft only serve his country? Any particular reason UK has?

If this is true, then should I get a neg Fb once a Indian buyer claimed it is not a Indian packgaing, or Australian claimed it is not an Aussie packaging?

All countries' items have its own packaging for its market, while contents are all identical, how special he think he is?
