Grant seems to be a repeat offender across many stores, with the same MO. He places an order, claimed it wasn't delivered and then requests a refund in full. He did this to us last year and we did processed a refund for him in good faith. He placed another order with us just this month and did the same thing, we shipped via USPS and both times it showed delivered via tracking. He wouldn't accept a re-shipment, requesting a re-fund instead and that prompted us to investigate his history with our business. We noticed the pattern, and confirmed he is acting in bad faith using this website.
