This buyer is a chargebacker.

Through the Australia Post Office, we confirmed that she received the item well with her signature. But later she filed a Paypal chargeback.
We turned in the Post Office’s tracking record, but the buyer won and the payment was refunded.
We appealed the case and later we could receive our money back from Paypal.

Sellers beware! She is well experienced chargebacker.
