This buyer is nasty, and a potential scammer. The buyer purchased an item which was dispatched the same day. They became nasty when their item didn't arrive. We explained to them we are now closed due to a family incident and cannot get hold of the tracking as we are no longer home.

Rather than ask them to wait we refunded as we trust it didn't arrive. Since then we have found that it has arrived.

The buyer then accused us of lieing about sending it (Why would we have tracking if it wasn't sent?) and was abusive towards us.

This buyer should be avoided at all costs as they will scam you and be abusive towards you.
