Its a common fraud tactic that people pull that the second they find out the product ships, they do a chargeback claiming non receipt of merchandise. They figure the product is not in your possession and by the time you get the dispute they'd be in possession of the item. Problem is you know its your responsibility to prove the buyer being a fraud, and its your responsibility to put tracking on the item. It doesnt matter what the customer pays for or doesnt want, its your word vs them. You know the policies for shipping international and you take the full responsibility.

That's why we don't ship international. They can use eBay Global Shipping Program. If they use a freight forwarder, we cancel it as "something wrong with buyer address."
1. Your sketchy post office isn't accountable or reliable and is staffed by petty thieves with no integrity.
2. You don't live in the United States, so odds are, you're already a problem. You've been conditioned to think it is OK to take advantage of Americans.
3. If I can inconvenience a European, it's a good day for me.
