This woman has issues. We made a beautiful ring for her, exactly what she had previously ordered with a better color and clarity and she decides to have a lawyer threaten us saying that we did not live up to our end of the bargain. We gave her a better stone, than she had asked her! Her lawyer is her relative, which makes this look even sketchier. She started ccing a lawyer before she even received the product! Save yourself some stress and just turn away business from this woman.
