Details: | Buyer didn't read description properly where all necessary information was provided, and tried to blame seller that item is not as described. We, as a seller, explained to buyer that item was described properly, but buyer can return item back. Item wasn't returned, but buyer left negative feedback with just a "dot". No explanation, nothing. just a ".". Absolutely useless feedback from our point of view. Keep ignoring messages. As we find our later this is not a first time. How customer with a rank over thousand still didn't learn how to read description? |
