This fraudulent buyer is the epitome of a CHEAPASS. He purchased our merchandise, used it and then complained that the item was not to his liking because it didn't look like the picture. He demanded a refund, we asked for more information regarding his reason for return and then he threatened us with a bad product review if we did not issue a full refund (while he gets to keep the product for free). In what world does a so called "Executive Office Consultant" get to demand a free product? If this POS of a crook is what you call a great "hands on consultant" with years of business experience, I can only imagine how poorly he handles other people's business. John K. Latta has absolutely no ethic whatsoever and his actions alone speak louder than his resume. SELLERS and BUSINESS owners beware!
