This buyer is a scammer. He ordered a new Crown Audio XTI-1002 Power Amplifier directly from Crown on December 15, 2020. He then bizarrely started to send emails the same complaining that Crown hadn't shipped the order, even though they ship orders in 3-5 days, not 3-5 hours. His emails were super bizarre, but each one was addressed by the customer service team. He then said he wanted to cancel, but Crown, the manufacturer, said No, we will not cancel because we shipped the order and he will receive it TOMORROW, the day after he ordered it. Upon receiving the order a week prior than normal, this bizarre buyer then asked to return it. Crown accepted the return, and instead do returning the product to Crown, the guy went online and left a negative review claiming that Crown sent him an open-box product and that they owe him a discount. OBVIOUSLY this loser is some sort of scammer who can't afford the amplifier he ordered.

Per the FAQ page that you read and agreed to upon checkout:

For customers in the USA that choose FREE SHIPPING your orders will be shipped via UPS FedEx or USPS. Orders are processed Monday through Friday & are shipped directly from the manufacturer the manufacturers authorized distributor or from Amazon Fulfillment.

We will email Crown for you and ask, but again, there is no delay with the order, Crown has no delay in their system, they show the order as in process. Had you needed the order sooner, you would have wanted to have followed all of the options made available to you upon checkout.

Yes, Crown has stock, they already processed the order because the system is automated. When the order is placed, it automatically triggers the manufacturer to process and ship the order in the 7 business day timeframe that they have to do so. There is no delay with the order because you chose not to have Crown expedite it. It’s unlikely that they would cancel it now, are you asking us to ask them to cancel?
