Send the asshole to court. The fact is he cant get his money back unless he returns the item. If its non receipt then its your fault for not putting tracking. There's no tricking eBay into anything, there are rules you follow, you state your policies clearly and you follow eBay's policies. You are well aware of the bullshit you encounter with dealing with both Ebay And PayPal. You know what happens and you still do business on it!
