thats what you get when you do video download. What you need to do as well is email them a copy a demo cd to their confirmed credit card address. so what you sell is a physical product because thats what credit card transaactions are for. credit card company's just want to make money off merchants and they will even sell human bodyparts if the government allowed it. if they dispute the transaction, then you use the mailed cd of the software as proof they took the item.
