He is very much like to make treats, such as open case,neg feedback. So as seller,we ask him to return item for refund,we even send him return label to return the item,so he don't even have to pay return shipping. But after that,he start to make all kind of excuses to refuse return the item. He would call you fraud while he is the one fraud seller.
