Details: | Order placed and paid on 2 Oct. Delivery date shown to buyer was 10 to 24 Oct. Tracking number: RI337407657BG shows the package was delivered on 10 Oct - the earliest possible date for delivery (this is international delivery from BG to UK). In the item listing was CLEARLY (explicitly) shown at several different places - the item location (where I ship from), and approx. time of delivery. Buyer left a negative feedback, causing a DEFECT for me, stating: "Very very slow delivery, I looked very carefully to see if it was a UK firm and the address led me to believe that it was. Obviously just an address in the UK foreign office. The item came probably from China." It is clear that NONE of his statements match the reality, because: 1) Delivery was extremely fast - 7 calendar days; 2) obviously buyer looked anywhere else, but at my item description - otherwise he would have clearly seen where I am located. I am proud that I ship internationally from Bulgaria since 2004 and anyone can see this; 3) Item clearly was delivered from Bulgaria to UK, not from China, and this is quite obvious both from the tracking number and from my item description.
Unfortunately buyer never contacted me, neither before nor after leaving negative feedback. I tried multiple times to reach him at: 1) ebay messages, 2) his other email address I found, 3) his phone 4) and his second phone. In fact, he once picked up the phone, asked "who is this?", and immediately hang up the phone after I introduced myself. And never answered again.
He has a small business in Driffield. It's interesting - if someone else does the same HARM to him - how he would feel in that situation?
Conclusion: Grumpy old man (born in 1957 ?), irresponsible and dishonest, causing only trouble. |

I still stand by my comments, it can be very difficult at times to see where these products are being shipped from. I would not have ordered if it wasn’t inside of the UK. What is needed is a far bigger type face for where the product is delivered from. What I have learned from this is that this particular company have harassed me with phone calls emails to the point where I wouldn’t alter my comments.

The question here is that the seller did not do anything wrong. But you caused a direct harm to him (a DEFECT), potentially costing him hundreds of $$$. Leaving a negative feedback for no reason at all (when obviously it is your mistake) is definitely wrong.
You ordered an item, expected delivery shown to you was between 10 and 24 Oct, you received it on 10 Oct - the best possible scenario, and you leave negative feedback for the seller complaining about slow delivery? Think again - the problem is not with this seller!
