I sold a stuffed animal to this buyer on ebay. A day after the item was delivered I get a message accusing me of there being a rip in the stuffed animal. Buyer said it was for his child in one email and then said he was the kids uncle in another email. I understand an uncle could be a legal guardian but it is just a very poor word choice that he used.

I want to make it clear that I do NOT remember seeing any rip or tear on the animal at all. The listing, as with all my listings, said that I may have missed a rip or tear. Which the buyer obviously did not read. Or is more likely trying to scam me.

The buyer went back and forth with me via ebay messages accusing me of making up excuses and demanding a refund but yet did not want to return the item because the child would be "put through even more trauma". The buyer continued on by accusing me of photoshopped pictures. I take a lot of time on my pictures and I have never used stock photos and I have surely never photoshopped any of them.

The buyer then threatened to post personal information online and that he would contact channel 2 news.

And here is the last email I got from the buyer:
"well i can see that you are a dishonest buisness man and i will be filing complaint with ebay and also notifying the police that you committed mail fraud by altering a picture to have gain-money and then you can deal with the federal charges and by the time you pay attorney costs you will be in the thousands and then you might come to your senses and say whow should of credited his account instead of having him file charges..yes well thats what the state police said will be able to charge.so it is now 7 oclock and i am supposed to meet the state trooper at 8 am tomorrow morning to file complaint.It is callled theft by deception complaint 1 and complaint 2 will be mail fraud -sending a criminal package over state lines knowing that you took money fraudlently .so this is your last chance to make things right after 8 am tomorrow it will be in the hands of the state troopers and legal fees alone will cost you thousands"

In my eyes, this person is an absolute scammer and I warn everyone to block him on ebay right away. I would hate to have this happen to someone else. I have screen shots of all the conversations from this buyer as proof that I am not making things up.

Please comment if this buyer has ever given you any problems. I cannot be the only one....
