Buyer send a best offer which was reasonable so was accepted. Buyer never paid for the item afterward. Had to open a unpaid eBay case toward this buyer while having this item blocked during this process, which was annoying. I suspect this buyer had a similar item for sale and just wanted to remove the "competition" from eBay. Or he is simply a bad buyer.
