Details: | bought items then refused to pay after changing mind wasting valuable time and money on my end. then sent a bunch of crappy emails about how I tried to steal from him for asking him to commit to his purchase as that is the rule once you commit to buy something. Too bad ebay never sides with the sellers anymore. |

File an unpaid item case on your end. If they don't respond, eBay will side with you and give you a final value fee. They get an unpaid item strike, which certain sellers have buyer requirements in place which automatically block bidders/buyers with a certain number of unpaid item strikes.

If the buyer see this, They can sue you and have your account banned for not following eBay policy. Seller like will try to find ways to be sneaky and not follow policy
