bought 2 used high-tech auto batteries, complained they were defective but he refused to charge them, requested refund, i required them to be returned ... i was not available for 1st delivery, he contacted FedEx and ordered item send back to shipper ... he got his refund by escalating with eBay, keeps the item ... he was *very* problematic throughout, was constantly looking to upset things, finally found a way to do so.
