Buyer requested they return a Steiff bear I just auctioned claiming it was because of a little tuft of hair missing on it’s paw that was clearly shown in high quality close up in at least 3 or 4 of the description photos. Why do we bother taking an hour or more sometimes to prepare listings and include proper photos if people are not looking at them anyway and using that as an excuse to return items ? Anyone think eBay would have ruled in my favor on this. I just went ahead and sent a return label without dispute.
