Details:	Biggest bunch of assholes to deal with. Will file a dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise. These scumbags are located in California and tried to blindship an item without telling company it was one. The morons use the peron's name above located in California, to ship the product to someone else in Alabama. These assholes then file a dispute for non receipt of merchandise, and we discover it was a blindship in which was against our policies. They make some dumbass excuse of contacting us directly in which again the policies clearly state we dont accept direct emails except from our online support. When we discover what these assholes have done, and then show them logs in which the emails were sent and it clearly showed the support site, these piece of shit come up with more of there bullshit excuses. Then when we discover again that these morons, use the person name above as the name that its support to be delivered to in AL, they come up with more of there bullshit reasons. They have the gawl and the stupidity to try to blame us for their lack of intelligence. Sellers if you ever deal with Laser Plus Imaging, cancel their orders and refund the money. You dont want to deal with a bunch of assholes like these people. They try to hide what they do, they make up bullshit excuses, try to put the blame on others, and think they can do what they want. Total assholes to deal with.

Item gets delivered and in 12 hours they make another dispute this time for not as described merchandise trying to steal the product. They make the same repeated lame ass lying excuses. Excuses that there was no way to contact company, when the Contact Us link is staring these idiots right in the middle of the screen. These Aholes charged the person they were going to over 4x what they paid for it. We called the buyer directly and told them everything this scumbag company was doing. This has been turned over to an attorney were this scumbag company will be facing mail order fraud charges.

Update : This lying asshole will file numerous disputes to steal merchandise from company. Buys 3 keyboards from company and our policies clearly state we ship only to the account holder. This asshole deliberately changes alll the information on the sales order trying to make it look like they are based on AL and want everything shipped there. One name on the sales order, another name on the ship to address in PayPal and another name in the dispute. This theif, will make up lie after lie bullshiting the entire time. When you confront this theif the legal policies, they deliberately come up with the some lying excuse and repeat it over and over. Will say there was no way of contacting the company when these lying assholes know the contact us link is staring right infront of them. They make up more lies saying there was no phone number, then 2 hours later escalate the claim making even more bullshit lies saying we tried to call them. The fact they were trying to have the item shipped to another location out of the state. The policies clearly stated we only release information to the card holder. One name on the sales order, a different name the ship to address, then these assholes place a 3rd name in the dispute. 4 different email address, and these morons have the gawl to try to blame us on everything. We found out the actual customer and told them everything including how they are ripping them off by chargin them 400 PERCENT more than what they paid for.

After all the bullshit these worthless pieces of shit put us through, over 3 months later, these assholes have the balls to once again violate policies and email us directly asking for a RMA to have the products returned back. Its obvious they dont care about any policies they legally agree to and will resort to any bullshit tactic. To actually thing your going to get an RMA some 3 months later after all the deception crap this company pulled, goes to show you the lengths these assholes are going through. They have the absolute gawl to think that a 7 day return policy means nothing to them and have the stupidty to think they get some 20x extended warranty coverage, especially all that shit these assholes put us through. Like stated, it shows just how much of a bunch of worthless bunch of theives these people are!

The reason why we had a different ship to address was because Paypal requires you to list the address where the product is being ship to, not your billing address.

We have never tried to change our billing address and we are extremely dissatisfied with the dishonesty that your post reveals about your company BigDeals.

We do our very best in keeping our customers happy in every way and run a very legitimate business. We did not charge a ridiculous 400x markup as your comment states. It would behove you to get your facts straight prior to slandering a small women owned business like ours.

I understand that you are insulted that we asked for an RMA 3 months later, however, that is when our client wanted to return it to us. We didn’t realize that your RMA policy was only 7 days. We apologize for that error and look forward to finally resolving this issue in the very near future.
