Buyer purchased an expensive ring and asked me not to ship for 20 days because she was going on vacation, which I did for her. After 44 days, she asked to return the ring because she said "it does not sparkle like my other diamonds". Ebay allowed the return because it fell into the 30 day return period. She returned the ring in horrible condition with crud and dog hair all over it and without the original box or the $300 EGL report. Ebay still sided with her and said I had to issue a full refund stating that is how business is and there are always losses! They have not protected me at all. I am disgusted with ebay and this horrible woman. She has left 36 negatives and neutrals in the past 2 years. Block her from your bidder list and save yourself trouble.
