Buyer purchased a 18k yellow gold ring, received the ring and did not like the temporary red rouge finish. Wanted a full refund at the same time she wants to keep the ring, otherwise she will leave a negative feedback. Refused to bow to what amounts to a feedback extortion event, I advised her to leave her version of the story and I will respond to it.

This is my response:

"This is a copper-less silver/gold mix in 18k so there is no rose color. Gold rings are finished with a red rouge as I have explained to the buyer and it has been further explained to the buyer that this finish will come off with a few wears. The buyer was given an option of return and refund if she didn't like the ring. She was completely uncooperative in all respects & demands a refund without having to return the ring otherwise she would leave a negative feedback. Under these circumstances, as I refuse to bow to what essentially amounts to a feedback extortion, I advised the buyer to leave her version of the story, and I will respond to it. That she kindly did, editing out her failed feedback extortion attempt, editing out the fact that she wanted essentially to have her ring for free & failed. Blacklisted."
