Purchased an antique gumball machine for parts, put a dent on the side base and tried to get an unreasonable partial refund. When I offered a lower refund he chose to return it. I charge a 15% restocking fee so he may have just caused the damage after deciding he changed his mind and didn't want to pay the fee. I am 100% certain the dent was not there before it shipped and he claimed the box wasnt damaged so it could not be due to shipping. I have pictures of the machine before it shipped and the damage was not there. Ebay of course cares nothing for its sellers and aided him in this fraud by giving him a full refund, so I am out $14 in final value fees and the original shipping of $12, and now the machine is damaged. Ive lost all confidence in selling on ebay. Do not trust this man. He is dishonest and will rip you off.
